What paper do you print on?

Premium heavyweight 240gsm fine art paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with pigment inks rated to last decades without fading.

Do prints come framed?

No. Prints are sold unframed so you can pick a frame that suits your space. Every size is standard A-series, so any high-street or IKEA A5, A4 or A3 frame fits without custom mounting.

What sizes do you offer?

A5 (14.8 x 21 cm), A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). Every design is available in all three.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is a flat £3.99 on every order, whatever size or however many prints you buy, and free on orders of £30 or more. International is tracked and sent in a tube: £12 to Europe, £20 to the USA and Canada, £25 to the rest of the world.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. UK delivery is then typically 3 to 5 working days. International times vary by country and by how quickly the parcel clears customs.

How are prints packaged?

UK orders: A5 and A4 prints ship flat in rigid board-backed envelopes, and A3 prints ship rolled in a sturdy postal tube. International orders ship rolled in a tube whatever the size.

Can I return a print?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and a further 14 days to send it back. If a print arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it — no need to post the damaged one back. The full detail is in our refund policy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the UK. Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import duty or tax on arrival, which is set by the destination country and is the customer's responsibility.

Can I request a custom print?

Not at the moment — we do not take commissions. New designs drop regularly, so keep an eye on New Drops.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Every Riot print is our own design. If you believe a print infringes your rights, our copyright and takedown page explains how to tell us.
