Where we ship
We print and post from South Yorkshire in the United Kingdom, and we ship worldwide.
Dispatch
Every print is made to order. Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days.
UK delivery
A flat rate of £3.99 on every UK order, whatever size or however many prints you buy. Orders of £30 or more are delivered free.
Once posted, UK orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
International delivery
Every international order is sent tracked, rolled in a postal tube.
- Europe — £12.00 tracked
- USA and Canada — £20.00 tracked
- Rest of the world — £25.00 tracked
Delivery times vary by destination and by how quickly the parcel clears customs, both of which are outside our control once it leaves us.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import duty, tax or a carrier handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict them or refund them.
Our prints are declared under commodity code 4911 91 00, printed pictures, with the United Kingdom as the country of origin.
How prints are packaged
UK orders: A5 and A4 prints ship flat in rigid board-backed envelopes, and A3 prints ship rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
International orders ship rolled in a tube whatever the size.
If something goes wrong
If a UK order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or an international order within 30 working days, email help@riotprints.co.uk and we will look into it. Prints that arrive damaged are covered by our refund policy.
