Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to everything sold through riotprints.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Riot Prints is a sole trader business based at Newsam Road, Kilnhurst, S64 5UL, United Kingdom. You can reach us at help@riotprints.co.uk or on 07752 217644. We are not VAT registered unless the site says otherwise at checkout.

The contract between us

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — a file problem, a pricing error, a product we have withdrawn — we will tell you and refund you in full. We are not obliged to supply at an obviously incorrect price.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any UK tax due. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. If a promotional price is shown, the higher price beside it is the price the item was sold at before the promotion began.

Our prints

Every print is produced to order on 240gsm textured art paper with archival inks, in A3, A4 or A5. Frames shown in product photographs are for illustration and are not included. Colours on a screen are not an exact match for ink on paper, and paper texture varies slightly between batches. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not faults.

Delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery charges and estimated times are set out in our shipping policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee on arrival, which is your responsibility.

Cancelling and returning

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Prints personalised to your own details are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If something is wrong with your order

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a print arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email help@riotprints.co.uk with a photograph within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Artwork, copyright and takedowns

All artwork, photography, text and design on this site is owned by Riot Prints or used with permission, and is sold for personal decorative use only. You may not resell, reproduce or use our prints commercially without written permission.

Some designs are fan artwork inspired by sport, music and film. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any club, player, artist, studio, organisation or brand. Names are used descriptively only. If you hold rights in something you believe we have used without permission, see our copyright and takedown page — we will look at it promptly and remove anything we should not be selling.

Using this website

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for use elsewhere. We may withdraw products, change prices or suspend the site at any time. We try to keep everything accurate but do not promise the site will always be available or error free.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your information

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. You have rights over your data under UK GDPR, including the right to ask for a copy of it or for it to be deleted.

Complaints

Email help@riotprints.co.uk and we will reply. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and you keep the right to bring a claim in court.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
